Especially in good condition. If you have extra furniture in your room you could try selling that ( with your parent's permission ). Also, if you have any Christmas money left, or when your birthday comes, you could use that.

LOL. Keely, I promise that if I get enough money, I'll donate some to you. It's a worthy cause, theres no telling who the horse would go to if you didn't get him. But you may have to spend money on feed, so keep that in mind. I think It's better that Snickers stays with his friends. Last suggestion, try asking friends if they would help you, like donate maybe just a little.

I've got another idea! You could try entering a writing contest. I know Chicken Soup for the Soul gives 200 dollars if they pick your story and you get like 10 copies of the book with your story in it which you could sell if you wanted. Just a thought.

ah, that's a great idea imagination... One of my stories, when I enter it in a competition on a site, it nearly always wins... go figure... and yeah... maybe I could make a bunch of stuff like... braclets or book marks...

I think writing stories would be a good idea. Also I think if you write several other stories and not just submit them to contest you could give them to people and ask for a donation instead of asking for a set price. I have always made money faster that way! Also you could host a dinner and just ask for donations there. My church does that and always make about 500 dollars an hour. I'll try to think of more!

grr. My parents will not allow me to give the money to Becca, if I do, I won't ever get an allowance ever again... plus I wouldn't be able to have riding lessons again... So, is it better to get snickers to be at Becca's, and never see her, and never be able to get my own stuff... What should I do?

Aww Keely! You could buy Snickers, send her over here, and visit her at my place! But seriously, I'm afraid the horse isn't worth it. My last suggestion would be trying to get somebody at the stable to buy her, or somehow secretly give money to somebody who can give it to Becca.

Oh no! I agree with Stormy. Getting Snickers to be at Becca's might not be worth it if you won't ever get to ride her.

Yeah... it would be horrid not riding, and not having an allowance... so I guess I can't... my dad is soooo weird...

Yeah, you'd think they would be supporting you to work hard to get something you really want. But I guess sometimes, parents don't understand.

*sigh* Snickers is probably never coming back, Misty is asking 2,700 for her, well she's not worth that amount, nor does Becca, my instructor, have that sum of money.
